The Thunder struggled without Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who missed the game due to an abdominal strain. The reigning MVP will miss OKC’s other four games before the All-Star break, as well as the 2026 All-Star Game, where he was supposed to represent Team World.
Gilgeous-Alexander’s status will be reevaluated after the All-Star break. He averaged 31.8 points per game before his injury, the second-best scoring mark in the NBA.
Kenrich Williams scored 25 points for the Thunder, who fell to 40-12 following the road defeat. Jaylin Williams posted a double-double, scoring 24 points and grabbing 12 boards in a losing effort.
