Fans expecting a tight contest between OKC and Orlando were sorely disappointed as the Thunder quickly created separation in the opening quarter. OKC built a commanding 39-14 lead after the first 12 minutes of play, shooting 15-for-26 from the floor, including 4-of-8 from deep.
The Magic never threatened after that, with the Thunder maintaining their double-digit advantage throughout the contest. Jalen Suggs scored 20 points for the Magic, who fell to 25-24 following the heavy road loss.
