Barangay Ginebra San Miguel has made an indelible mark in the PBA as one of the elite teams that managed to scoop four titles in the league’s All-Filipino tournament.

As the PBA’s most popular ballclub, the Gin Kings pride themselves for their phenomenal winning moments during their championship runs in the league.

With the Philippine Cup deemed as the most prestigious among the PBA conferences, Ginebra’s All-Filipino titles stand as testaments to the squad's rich history.

1988 PBA All-Filipino Conference (Añejo Rum 65)

The franchise claimed its first All-Filipino Cup title in 1988 when it was then known as Añejo Rum 65. Añejo became just the fifth team in PBA history to clinch an All-Filipino crown when they claimed the championship that year.

Second-seed Añejo had to go through first seed Purefoods Hotdogs in the finals for the conference title.

Joey Loyzaga and Jaworski led the Rum Masters in the Game 4 win, each scoring 28 points.

2004-2005 PBA Philippine Cup (Barangay Ginebra)

Acclaimed by many as a forgotten PBA finals victory for Ginebra, the series was marred by citizenship issues on some critical players.

During this time, a "Fil-sham" controversy erupted in the PBA, with several Filipino-foreign players facing heavy scrutiny regarding their eligibility to play in the Philippine league.

One of the affected players was the Filipino-Tongan center Asi Taulava, who was one of Mobiline's key players in their Game 1 victory against Ginebra in the finals matchup.

But Taulava's citizenship issue, which was cleared in favor of the Fil-Tongan later on, resulted in the Game 1 win being awarded to the Gin Kings. Ginebra then went on to win Games 2, 5, and 6 to capture the All-Filipino crown, with Eric Menk capturing MVP honors.

He helped seal the title for the Gin Kings, scoring 39 points and grabbing 19 rebounds in Game 6 of the Finals.

2006-2007 PBA Philippine Cup (Barangay Ginebra)

The Gin Kings notched their third All-Filipino Cup title in the 2006-2007 edition of the conference.

Ginebra was deemed the title favorite after finishing the elimination round with a 13-5 win-loss record, helping the Gin Kings claim a bye to the semifinals of the tournament.

Mark Caguioa held the fort for the Gin Kings, especially in Game 1 where he collected 30 points, followed by a 26-point contribution in the pivotal Game 3 against TNT. He stepped up in the absence of Eric Menk, who was not able to play in the series due to an injury he sustained from a brawl.

The Gin Kings eliminated the Phone Pals in six games before confronting sister team San Miguel in the finals. Ginebra battled back from a 2-0 series deficit in the finals, beginning with a 30-point demolition of the Beermen in Game 3 before claiming the 4-2 victory.

Gin Kings point guard Jayjay Heltebrand was named the Finals MVP of the series.

2020 PBA Philippine Cup (Barangay Ginebra)

After 13 years, Ginebra regained All-Filipino Cup supremacy during the PBA’s bubble season in Clark, Pampanga following a global coronavirus pandemic.

The Gin Kings faced an undermanned TNT side in Game 5 of the Finals after Jayson Castro and Ray Parks opted not to play due to their injuries. Ginebra took full advantage, hoisting its fourth Philippine Cup title after recording an 82-78 victory over the gutsy Tropang Giga to claim the 4-1 series win.

Japeth Aguilar led Ginebra in the series clincher, scoring a career-high 32 points on 8-for-12 shooting.
